I'm a lowercase 'r' bitcoin researcher with a focus on bitcoin L2s and sidesystems. Before working on bitcoin research, I was in the "crypto" space and contributed to companies working on rollup infrastructure and privacy tech.

I don't consider myself a bitcoin maximalist in the literal sense. But since moving over to bitcoin, I find myself uninterested in working on anything else.

I'm the creator and founder of two open-source research platforms, both of which have been acquired (one literally and the other basically...).

I am currently working on some stealth projects. I do write publicly. My writing has been featured in Bitcoin++, Blockspace, and Bitcoin Magazine.
